Kappa Carrageenan - Used to create the perfect texture for our cheeses, our kappa carrageenan is sourced from seaweed.
Lactic Acid - Used originally for the tangy flavor it gives our cheeses. As a bonus lactic acid also is a wonderful preservative. Our lactic acid is sourced from the fermentation of plant sugars and is completely vegan.
