Ingredients:
Plantains

2 plantains (cut into slices)
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp cayenne
Black Beans

15-ounce can black beans

1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Shells & Optional Toppings
- Corn tortillas
- Avocado
- 1/2 slice red onion
- Salsa
- Lime juice
- Cashew Creamery Smokey Queso

In a sauce pan heat beans and spices.

Once boiling turn temperature to low and simmer. Stirring occasionally.

Heat coconut oil in a skillet.
- Toss plantains in spices and add to skillet once heated.

Sauté on for 3 minute on each side. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assemble tacos!
